Germany's international co-operation for Army equipment and technology
Article Abstract:
Germany's new military plans are discussed in relation to international cooperation. Military equipment procurement and technological compatibility are mentioned along with Germany's relations with Western European Armaments Group and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Bilateral cooperation on projects is also discussed.

Participation in the Bosnia-Herzegovina Stabilization Force (SFOR) was the first time German forces were on the ground in full foreign deployment. Several operational aspects, both at home and in the Balkans, are analyzed.
