US Army Abrams stay on track

The US Army's fleet of M1-series of Abrams main battle tanks (MBTs) is being upgraded, highlighting the vehicle's prolonged usefulness and utility. 505 Tank Urban Survivability Kits (TUSK) to enhance crew survivability in urban environments during Operation 'Iraqi Freedom' are being procured, while Abrams Reactive Armour Tiles (ARAT), a remote thermal sight and a power distribution box, are being produced as part of the Abrams upgrade-related activity.
