Major General Poul Kiaerskou, Commander Army Operational Command Denmark discusses and defines the main roles and missions of their forces and comments on current assets and future-oriented procurement programmes. The Danish Defense Agreement 2005-2009 concluded on June 10, 2006 outlines the frame for transformation of the Army, which would generate an army focused on contributing to crisis management over the full spectrum from offensive action to humanitarian assistance.
