Article Abstract:
Kasturi Mahkota, foreign affairs spokesman of the Patani United Liberation Organisation (PULO), reveals that in principle, the PULO is committed to the separation from Thailand of 'Greater Patani', namely the provinces of Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat and Satun along with several districts of Songkhla. However, he believes that a range of options including autonomy can be addressed as a political solution to the separatist conflict.
