Article Abstract:
The strategic affairs of some of the well-known Palestinian groups, including a certain level of planning and indirect tactical involvement in offensive activities against Israel, are claimed to be conducted by Damascus, Syria. IsraelEs air strike on Bin Saheb on October 5, 2003 is expected to force Syria to re-think its policy of tolerating the activities of Palestinian organizations operating from its territory.
