Joint forces command
Article Abstract:
Adm. Edmund P. Glambastani, head of the Joint Forces Command (JFCom), has decided to help the U.S. effort to create joint military operations where each service continues to hold its distinct mission, but to work together as a part of unified, dynamic, war-fighting force. The commandEs other important missions are to develop future concepts for joint war fighting and equipment, to oversee a range of ongoing training exercises, and to improve the way the services operate together, helping to align procedures and equipment to a common standard.
