Lockheed Martin fishes for CHARC funding

Lockheed Martin hopes to secure funding from the US Office of the Secretary of Defense to develop its CHARC (Covert High-speed Attack and Reconnaissance Craft) concept into an Advanced Technology Demonstrator in the year 2005 budget. Various features and capabilities of CHARC are presented.
