The Marine for Life program hopes to provide assistance to Marines who need help in making the transition from military life to civilian life. There are many Marine-affiliated organizations in the US, and the program will provide a needed connection. Web site information will also be available.

Why athletics?

The 'Athletic Policy,' put into force by the Marine Corps in 1925, has proven to be popular. This stands to reason, since many of the young men entering the Corps have become accustomed to athletics in colleges and universities.
