NATO looks for mortar and rocket protection
Article Abstract:
NATO has launched a multinational project, Defense Against Mortar Attacks (DAMA) in February 2005 to increase its efforts to find quick operational solutions for the protection of compounds and convoys against mortar and rocket attacks. The project has twelve participating countries that intend to look at means and methods with possible spin-offs for protection against artillery or rocket attacks on convoy protection.
