NEWS: F-35 flies as program wins international participants
Article Abstract:
The first prototype of the Lockheed Martin F-35 LIGHTNING II completed a successful inaugural flight in December 2006, signaling the most comprehensive flight test program in military aviation history. The U.S. Government and Lockheed Martin are initiating collaborations with international partners to participate in the Production, Sustainment and Follow-on Development (PSFD) phase of the F-35 program.
