The United Defense Non-Line-of-Sight Cannon (NLOS-C) Concept Technology Demonstrator (CTD) has reached the munitions milestone with 1,000 firings. The self-propelled howitzer combines the 39-cal M776 ordnance of the BAE Systems M777 155 mm towed howitzer with a 20-ton (US)-class platform that features a fully automated ammunition-handling system and a new lighter ordnance system would be fitted in place of its M776 39-cal cannon.
