Peers
Article Abstract:
The Marine Corps' IT users are forced to be passive clients-viewers rather than peers which results into boring training environment and useless websites. To overcome this drawback the Marine Corps has to consider all its IT clients as peers for which, the Corps has to begin a transition to a peer-oriented implementation by providing discussion sites on Marine servers and by posting tactics, technique and procedures online.

Response to 'shaping the battlespace'
Article Abstract:
An exception to recommended regimental force structure changes concerning fire support assets is made stating that the facts on which the restructuring arguments are based are incorrect. One of the most glaring and dangerous omission in the Capt McNulty's equation is not the number of batteries deployed to the UDP or MEU(SOC) program, but the number of batteries remaining for the parent battalion.
