Pilot life support systems: Fighting the G-LOC
Article Abstract:
The functions of the G-load and its impact on the physiology of the pilot is discussed. The use of a new anti-G-suit introduced by the STING (sustained tolerance of increased G) systems is reported where the tolerance is increased to a higher level with minimal or no straining.
