Article Abstract:
The Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara was unhappy with the air campaigns against North Vietnam in 1956. He started a new tactic of building a barrier across Vietnam, which was later named as the McNamara line that led to the seeding of the Ho Chi Minh Trail by air with 20,000 seismic sensors forming an electronic infiltration barrier.

The Iraq story continues
Article Abstract:
The US government marked one year anniversary of Operation Iraqi Freedom March 19th by highlighting the achievement of campaign in Iraq. Air force statistics showed US forces carrying out 1600 patrols daily and conducting 180 military raids a week.
