Russian Black Sea Forces sail through at-sea training with NATO ahead of 'Active Endeavour'
Article Abstract:
The first at-sea training period with NATO before participating in Operation 'Active Endeavour' (OAE), NATO's maritime counter terrorism operation, was successfully completed by the Russian Federation Black Sea Forces (RF BSF), where procedural and communication interoperability were the key focus. NATO's secure communication equipments were installed on the RF BSF and that the Russian participation in OAE is a realistic aim and they want to work and joint fight terrorism.
