Russian military reform: mass media control and information security
Article Abstract:
A new approach to information security has been put into place by the Russian Federation Security Council. Although it is being called military reform, the measure will result in greater government control of the mass media.

A Joint Data Exchange Center, between the United States and Russia, is being established in Moscow, Russia. The purpose of the cener is to exchange information on ballistic missle launches and early warning systems.
