Merging the 0306 and 9925 MOSs
Article Abstract:
The U.S. Marine Corps should recognize that combat marksmanship could be improved by merging the 0306 (infantry weapons officer) and 9925 (range officer) military occupational specialties (MOSs). A critical job analysis of the 9925 and 0306 and a merging of the two will ensure that all marksmanship training will be directly applicable to combat.
