The combatants of the 359th Infantry Regiment, 90th Infantry Division, and the Tough Ombres of Patton's Third Army made an audacious surprise night attack on 11th January 1945. Details of this attack on the German army by the American Army are discussed.

Article Abstract:
The December 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor seems to have been largely forgotten by the American public as a new century dawns. However, the attack took many lives and threw the country into World War II.
