Total force administration strategy
Article Abstract:
The total force administration strategy (TFAS) and its resultant capability Marine Online (MOL) has made the Marine Corps' administration field more efficient and effective for commanders and Marines to achieve proper balance of authority, responsibility and information access. MOL supports the needs of the commanders and position of the Marines Corps for a successful transition to the defense integrated military human resources system (DIMHRS).

Article Abstract:
A veteran gives advice to the fellow Marines on how to employ Marines in pairs on the battlefield to make the total combat power greater. The two-man technique has lots of advantages and hence it is being used even in the present days, which can be seen in the 2003 combat in Iraq.
