US congressmen call for more modeling and simulation

The members of the Congressional Modeling, Simulation, and Training Caucus, who participated in Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation, and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) held in Orlando, Florida, feels that modeling and simulation techniques are very useful for military training purposes.

New anti-RPG system demonstrated
Article Abstract:
A successful demonstration of the new active protection system formed to ruin rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) is presented. The test was done at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology Energetic Materials Research and Test Center, near Socorro.
