USA centralizes terror threat assessments
Article Abstract:
US President George W. Bush announced the creation of the Terrorist Threat Integration Center (TTIC) to the US Congress on 28th January 2003. The TTIC would analyze Intelligence gathered by the CIA, the FBI, the PentagonEs Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Reconnaissance Office and the newly created Department of Homeland Securities.

Russia proposes joint missile defense base with US

Russian President has shown interest of operating a missile defense system from the Gabala radar base in Azerbaijan along with the U.S., as this would not require Russia to re-target its missiles at Europe.
