UUVs will foster fundamental change in naval warfare
Article Abstract:
The unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs) can be used to disable enemy mines with the help of chemicals or heat. The UUVs are equipped with different systems that give different capabilities such as remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) and autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs).

Volunteers seek new naval academy sailing program role
Article Abstract:
Naval academy officials are hoping that increased emphasis on sailing programs will be beneficial for the academy's competitive sailing teams. With higher budget for sailing programs, the new venture should provide civilians with new roles in the program.
