Article Abstract:

The prospects of offering an U.S. citizenship to foreigners in exchange for their military services might be able to solve the immediate problem, but will also surely lead to many conflicts and problems in the society, as it will weaken the idea of the personal obligation of the citizenship. The author demonstrates that the benefits given to the immigrants make America is only for their own defense, the removal of which can make the country a less attractive and non-courageous place to live in.
