Ogilvy & Mather, New York has spirited Bill Oberlander away from Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners to become an executive creative director and one of five senior partners. The 41-year-old Art Directors Club president has worked on campaigns for Snapple, Target and Rockport and will be part of the Young Guns program, which recruits youthful and imaginative students.
