The Big Five accounting firms have developed into multiservice professional firms during the 1990s, and in 1999 are considering partnering with the electronic commerce sector to expand their business even further. The accounting firms traditionally concentrated on auditing and tax service. By 1999, they also provide legal advice and technological and corporate management consulting. Becoming capable to perform audits of Web sites and other aspects of electronic commerce may prove very lucrative.

Offshoring is used by industrial companies to make things largely affecting the blue collared workers, and although companies are getting high-quality solutions at attractive costs, there are problems like retention. It is about talent management and if this cannot be acquired in Australia then the same problem will be faced in India too.

Biometrics is a simple way of capturing unique physical characteristics such as faces and fingerprints, and then using it is as identification. Biometrics, whether it be voiceprint or hand measurement, has not changed a lot, however there is a change in the technology that allows us to capture and store information.
