An Oklahoma Version of Guns vs. Butter

With an overwhelming majority, Oklahoma approved a gun law that allows employees to keep firearms in their vehicles in company parking lots. Several companies including ConocoPhilips and the Williams Companies are mounting a legal challenge to the legislation. Appliance manufacturer, Whirpool withdrew as lead plaintiff, when supporters of the gun law threatened a boycott of its products.
