Leadership guru Fabian Dattner believes success means engaging the hearts and minds of a company's workforce. However, Dattner is worried that in a time when leaders need to hear the voice of their staff and provide a sense of purpose, significant numbers are failing to do so, and the economic cost to business and the social cost to the community could be significant.
