Reena Virk, 14, was viciously beaten, then left to drown on Nov 14, 1997, in Saanich, British Columbia. Eight teens have been arrested for her murder, seven of them girls. Experts say violence appears to be increasing among teen girls, and is often motivated by the need to control and conform.
