Bulls' run ends
Article Abstract:
Australian basketball player Luc Longley helped the Chicago Bulls to three National Basketball Association championships and became a wealthy man in the process. Longley was traded by the Minnesota Timberwolves to the Bulls for the 1994-1995 season and was traded to the Phoenix Suns in 1998. His contract with the Suns was worth $A55 mil over six years. Longley appreciated the closeness he felt with his teammates on the Bulls but understands that in the free enterprise system of professional basketball, team allegiances are easily broken.
