Buyer named for last Dylex chains

Toronto, Ont.-based Dylex Ltd., which is led by Chairman William Anderson, will sell its remaining retail store chains to Hardof Wolf Group Inc. for about $70 million. Dylex will sell its BiWay and Fairweather women's clothing stores in the deal.
