Caisse head in negotiations on departure

The provincial government of Quebec is conducting negotiations with Montreal, Que.-based Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec's head manager over his departure. Jean-Claude Scraire, who heads the $125 billion pension fund, has come under fire from the provincial government for his role in the Caisse de Depot's investment in Quebecor Inc.
