Stelco Inc., a steel maker company would be liquidated if the restructuring under the protection of the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) is unsuccessful, which would eliminate 24,500 jobs. The chief executive officer Courtney Pratt believes successful restructuring under CCAA is important of the company's survival.
