Corel misses OSC filing deadline

Ottawa, Ont.-based Corel Corp. has failed meet a deadline with the Ontario Securities Commission for filing key documents related to its $30 million equity financing accord with Canaccord Capital Corp. Corel, which is a software manufacturer, has refused to state why it missed the deadline.
