Down with work
Article Abstract:
Employees who suffer from demoralisation while working may lead to absenteeism, high stress level and a panic attack and this loss of purpose leads to high burn-out rates, which makes the workplace a place of depression and anxiety. Different techniques such as emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence are used to ensure that employees are confident, happy and workshops are being conducted with managers and leaders in organisations to build workplace morale.
