EMS founder says his ouster the result of power struggle: Company says he was fired after internal report

Frank D'Addario, who is the founder and controlling shareholder of Environmental Management Solutions Inc. (EMS), believes that he was ousted from the company because of a power struggle between him and the new board of directors. However, EMS officials claim that Frank D'Addario was terminated as a result of the interim report prepared by the auditors, which alleged the possibility of misappropriation of corporate funds and the inappropriate arrangements with the related parties.
