Economy in good shape, majority of Canadians say

A new survey by Ipsos-Reid has found that the number of Canadians who believe the economy is strong fell slightly in August 2003. The survey, which found that the majority of Canadians are still positibe about economic conditions, showed a decline in consumer confidence about interest rates.
