Errors said to cause most Net security threats

Totonto, Ont.-based IDC Canada Ltd., which surveyed 200 Canadian companies, found that approximately 75% of the firms believe that Internet-based security problems are related to employee errors rather than deliberate crimes. IDC also found that 80% of the companies with Web operations have never experienced a hacking attempt.
