Article Abstract:
Former Hollinger International Inc. chief operating officer Daniel Colson admits that he is innocent and should be filed for a $1.25-billion (U.S.) Chicago lawsuit against him and other former executives by the company as he has hardly ever been to Illinois. The suit filed in January 2004 and amended in May 2004, alleges that former Hollinger International chairman Conrad Black and several other executives, including Mr. Colson, made unauthorized transfers of the company's cash to themselves.
