Like, be hip or be gone in teen clothes market
Article Abstract:
Teen shoppers comprise one of the biggest chunks of the retail industry. They spent $153 billion in 1999 alone since they view shopping as a necessity and they have a lot of money to spend. They are every retail store's dream. However, their tastes are fickle and their brand loyalty is fragile. The shifting tastes of teenagers have helped boost stores such as Gadzooks and Sunwear which have a low profile among adults.
