GECAS cash dependent on Deutsche deadline: Firm warns support could evaporate

GE Capital Aviation Services warned that it might drop plans to lend Air Canada $1.8 billion if key conditions of another financing led by Deutshce Bank cannot be met by May 15,2004. GECAS would drop the plans even as the insolvent airline won court approval to start looking for $250-million in new equity.
