In Trial Work, Edwards Left A Trademark
Article Abstract:
Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards is well known for his malpractice cases that he won before he became a senator. He has filed more than 20 lawsuits against doctors who delivered brain-damaged babies because they waited too long to do Caesarean operations. Medical experts have questioned the validity of these lawsuits claiming that brain damage occurred before labor began in these cases. The number of Caesarean surgeries across the US, even if unneeded, have increased to help doctors prevent any malpractice suits.
