Louis A. Turpen, boss of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority is overseeing a $4.4 billion redevelopment of Toronto's Pearson Airport. The other carriers that use Pearson think Louis Turpen to be extravagant and the confrontation between Turpen's GTAA and the airlines led by Robert Milton's Air Canada is the finest slugfest of the season.
