Tasmanian farmer Chris Benson and his family switched to organic food as a precautionary measure for their cows and sheep from falling ill, which was due to the chemicals which was sprayed on the food. Studies on the consumption of conventional food and organic food showed that the best way to be sure for health is to buy organic foods that are certified either by National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia (NASAA) or the biological farmers of Australia.
