The troubled high-technology startup Jitec Inc. reshuffled its board and collected $865,000 from former CEO Benoit Laliberte who had taken unauthorized advances. Jitec has hired Alex Delisle from Hewlett-Packard Canada Inc. to replace Mr. Laliberte.
