Judge lift veil on bid
Article Abstract:
An Ontario court justice is expected to rule on whether an unsolicited bid for Air Canada from Cerberus Capital Management LP can be released, a move that could give New York fund increased leverage to attract creditor or support for its offer. The release of the bid is opposed by Air Canada on the grounds that it would violate the terms and agreement signed by Cerberus.
