Air Canada, CAI integrate operations ahead of schedule

Robert Milton, the chief executive officer of Montreal, Que.-based Air Canada, announced that the airline's integration with Calgary, Alb.-based Canadian Airlines International Ltd. is ahead of scheduled. The merged airline will be the tenth-largest airline in the world.
