Klein reverses Kyoto stand; now sees no peril to oil sands

Ralph Klein, the premier of Alberta, Canada, said that the Kyoto Protocol is no longer a threat to oilsands projects in the province. Klein said that the tight labor market is more of a threat than the Kyoto Protocol.
