Labor unions' future: Recruiting push
Article Abstract:
The split in the American Federation of Labor-Congress of Industrial Organization (AFL-CIO) due to which the unions are busy recruiting members is seen as a weakness for labor. Experts feel that although the split will affect political agenda of the unions and prove advantageous to employers, it will only remain so for a short time till labor is organized following the split.
