Intrigue and memory in Cape Breton

A dispute began in 1991 in Judique, Nova Scotia, over the preservation of St. Andrew's Parish, a historic church. Even though initial voting results of the parish council indicated the church would remain, construction began oo a new hall priced at $1.36 million.
