Comic-book writer and the author of the book 'Sin City', Frank Miller, was approached by director, Robert Rodriguez, for a film version of 'Sin City'. The film starring actors, Bruce Willis, Clive Owen, Benicio Del Toro, and Mickey Rourke, was visually arresting, and the entire film is a digital painting in stark black and white with dashes of color.

The sequels to the hit 1999 movie "The Matrix," "The Matrix Reloaded" and "The Matrix Revolutions," were shot simultaneously in Australia over a period of 270 days in 2001 and 2002. They cost a total of over $300 mil. The article discusses the "Matrix" phenomenon and the two Warner Brothers sequels, both of which will appear in theaters in 2003.
